Returns & Refunds
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
Refunds will only be issued if an item:
• Arrives damaged, or
• Is faulty due to a manufacturing defect.
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing own.revolt@gmail.com
with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
Items reported after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
Resolution
Once your claim is approved, we will offer:
• A replacement item (subject to availability), or
• A refund to the original payment method
Condition of Items
Items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed
• Returned in original packaging where possible
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
• Sale or discounted items
• Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper care
